Hi, I'm Julia.

After a career in business analysis and change management working inside large and complex organisations, I can confidently say - I have lived the problem of meetings from the inside.

Over the years my job has slowly evolved into "professional meeting goer". Working in corporate is no longer as sustainable or as enjoyable as it used to be. And when I saw talented colleagues also burning out, I knew something had to be done.

I believe how we meet matters. That's why I founded Mindful Meetings.

As a qualified coach, facilitator and change manager - I take a systems thinking lens to the problem of meetings and help leaders and their teams modernise how they work together.
